WHY EVERY BATCH IS TESTED

Helixora does not test its own products. Every Certificate of Analysis you receive from us is issued by an independent third-party laboratory with its own accreditations, its own analytical staff and its own commercial reputation to protect.

WHY EVERY BATCH IS TESTED

Helixora does not test its own products. Every Certificate of Analysis you receive from us is issued by an independent third-party laboratory with its own accreditations, its own analytical staff and its own commercial reputation to protect.

Independence eliminates conflict of interest

A supplier that tests its own products has every commercial incentive to report favorably on them. An independent lab has the opposite incentive — its credibility, and therefore its ability to operate, depends on its results being reliable regardless of who pays for the test.

Accredited methods deliver reproducible results

The labs we work with operate under recognized analytical chemistry standards using calibrated instrumentation and validated methods. The same sample, tested twice, should yield the same answer.

Documentation that travels

A COA from a recognized independent laboratory is documentation a researcher can rely on, present to a peer reviewer, or use as part of a published methods section. A self-issued certificate carries none of that weight.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The batch ID is printed vertically along the side of the product label, and the same identifier is used on its COA. If the label is damaged or unreadable, contact Helixora with a clear photo of the product so the matching certificate can be located.
Current distributed batches should normally be indexed. If yours is missing, it may be outside the current indexing window, awaiting publication after manufacture, or entered under a slightly different batch format. Send Helixora a clear label photo and we can help identify the matching COA.
Yes. Selecting the matching batch ID opens the original COA as a standard PDF in a new browser tab. From there you can use your browser controls to view, save, download, print, or share it.
The product page states the minimum specification that a batch is expected to meet, while the COA reports the laboratory's measured result for the specific batch. A measured value such as 99.82% is therefore above a ≥99% minimum specification.
The certificates are issued by independent third-party analytical laboratories rather than by Helixora. The issuing laboratory is identified on each COA, and the original shared certificate is made available without altering the laboratory document.
Yes. The same QR-code entry point can be used for vials, capsules, liquids, and topical systems. From this COA Library page, select the appropriate carrier type and then locate the product and batch ID.
A production lot may sometimes be filled into more than one presentation size. When that happens, the size is shown with the batch entry so you can select the certificate record that corresponds to the exact presentation you received.
The current testing panel may include identity, purity, quantity, endotoxin, and microbial-limits testing. Older certificates can reflect an earlier testing panel, and those historical records remain published in their original form. Review each individual COA for the exact tests reported for that batch.
Where the issuing laboratory's contact information and certificate reference are printed on the COA, you can contact that laboratory directly to request verification of the document.
